Vladislav is an expert in resolving commercial disputes and supporting bankruptcy proceedings. He represents clients in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction of the first, appellate and cassation instance, including in disputes arising from contractor agreements, regarding reimbursement for damage.
He has experience in handling individual disputes in bankruptcy cases, consulting in civil, commercial and private law, contractual obligations and intellectual property protection.
Vladislav got a bachelor’s and master’s degree at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. He is currently a graduate student of the Faculty of Law of the Moscow State University.
Vladislav is interested in travelling, music, sports (martial arts, cycling, artistic gymnastics and body building), as well as law.
