ASSETS UNLOCKING

NSP provides legal assistance to private investors regarding unlocking funds, securities and other financial assets in the custody chain: Russian broker - NSD - Euroclear/Clearstream. Due to the sanctions imposed by the EU, USA and UK on NSD, many investors are unable to manage their assets and receive income.

We assist clients in obtaining the necessary permits, including from the General Administration of the Treasury of the Federal Public Service of Belgium (the “Treasury”) to release the client’s assets in Euroclear/Clearstream, as well as provide related services. NSP team’s expertise in sanctions and financial regulation enables us to effectively address the asset release issues.
