Gleb is mainly involved in projects connected with sanctions law. He is engaged in the preparation of legal opinions and memorandums on issues of both Russian and foreign law, participates in due diligence checks, prepares appeals to foreign government agencies, and interacts with compliance departments on sanctions issues.
Gleb is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University. His professional interests include legal and regulatory environment of foreign states and other jurisdictions in relation to unilateral restrictive measures (sanctions), as well as public international law.
Gleb is a Candidate Master of Sports in chess. In addition, he enjoys martial arts, swimming, music. He devotes his free time to these activities, as well as communication with friends.
