Askarbek is an expert in comprehensive dispute resolution in arbitration courts and international commercial arbitration, as well as in private and public international law. He has experience in conducting cases involving foreign parties, preparing litigation documents and memoranda in English.
Askarbek is a second-year student at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Master’s Programme "Business Lawyer".
He got his bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin.
Askarbek participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition for three years as a plaintiff and defendant. In 2025, he represented the university at the international round in Washington. He also participated in international rounds of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong.
Askarbek is keen on historical fencing.
