Ekaterina specializes in M&A transaction support, prepares legal opinions and memorandums on matters of Russian and foreign law, and participates in comprehensive legal due diligence. She also assists with the establishment of legal entities and provides advice on corporate documentation. Additionally, Ekaterina is involved in sanctions practice projects, including preparing submissions to foreign government agencies.
Ekaterina graduated with honors from the Bachelor's program at the Lomonosov Moscow State University Faculty of Law and completed her Master's degree at the same faculty under the program "Legal Support for Business Activities." Her academic interests include corporate law and sanctions law. During her studies, she participated in various private law moot courts, competitions, and conferences.
Ekaterina practices yoga, swimming, and skiing. In her free time, she likes to travel and play the piano.
