Kamila specializes in comprehensive legal support for M&A transactions and restructuring projects involving Russian and foreign entities. She also participates in projects related to the structuring of corporate relations, including in foreign jurisdictions, and prepares legal opinions on both Russian and foreign law.
Кamila graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) with a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Law.
Kamila plays tennis and enjoys other sports (snowboarding, stand-up paddleboarding). She spends her free time with friends, reading, and traveling.
