Dzhamilia Zuikova

Dzhamilia engages in litigation projects related to bankruptcy and other arbitration disputes. She specialises in isolated disputes on subsidiary liability of controlling entities. She has extensive experience of independent project management and representation in litigation, including in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. She actively writes research articles for Zakon.ru, "Arbitrazhnaya praktika dlya yuristov" (Arbitration Precedents for Lawyers), "Korporativny Yurist" (Corporate Lawyer) and other publications, comments on various web resources, and participates in podcasts on bankruptcy and subsidiary liability.

Dzhamilia is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University and of the Master’s programme at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Her professional interests cover procedural law and evidentiary issues. She is fluent in English.

Dzhamilia used to be a professional track and field athlete, competing in 200, 400 and 800 m runs. She is also interested in yoga, swimming, drawing and chess. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
