Sergey supports disputes in courts and arbitrations involving Russian and foreign entities (contract disputes, disputes over damages, labor disputes, cross-border supply, recognition and enforcement of judgements and awards, operation of non-residential premises, disputes involving state companies and agencies. He advises clients in bankruptcy cases, including participation in creditors' committees. He is engaged in the preparation of legal opinions on Russian law in foreign state and arbitration courts. Sergey's experience includes successfully obtaining an opinion from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on force majeure related to sanctions.
Sergey graduated from the International Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO) and the HSE University's Master's Program on International Trade, Finance, and Economic Integration Law.
Sergey devotes his free time to outdoor activities, sports, travelling and reading.
