Ivan specializes in mergers and acquisitions of companies, in the creation of joint ventures to operate business and in the structuring of complex commercial projects. Ivan advises international and Russian companies on regulatory issues, including in investment, corporate governance and capital markets.
Ivan graduated with honors from the bachelor's and master's programs of the Russian State University of Justice. Member of the Moscow Bar Association.
In his spare time, Ivan enjoys reading fantasy literature and team sports (basketball, football, volleyball). He considers traveling by car to be the most vivid and memorable, regardless of the direction and distance of travel.
