Aram Grigoryan

Aram specialises in complex corporate and business disputes in Russia and abroad, as well as bankruptcy and subsidiary liability cases. His professional experience includes the protection of interests of dozens of clients in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the High Court of London, the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the LCIA and the ICC. Aram was also engaged in drafting of expert opinions on Russian law issues for foreign courts and courts of arbitration in major international disputes. He also has a successful track record of recognition and enforcement of judicial acts of foreign courts and courts of arbitration in Russia.

Aram graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University with a master’s degree. His area of expertise is issues of civil and arbitral process.

Currently, he is a post-graduate student of the Department of Civil Procedure.

Aram is an author of articles and expert comments on bankruptcy issues, corporate disputes and international arbitration. His papers are published in Forbes, Kommersant, RBC, Global Legal Insight and other Russian and international media.
