Mikhail is an expert in taxation with over 10 years of experience in this field. From 2013 to the present, Mikhail has been a member of the NSP tax team, where he specializes in advising clients on tax, customs and currency regulation, as well as on pre-trial and judicial resolution of tax disputes, including issues of criminal prosecution for tax offenses. Mikhail's experience includes representing the interests of the largest enterprises in the field of agricultural production, mechanical engineering, construction, infrastructure companies. Mikhail, being an attorney, provides legal assistance to clients during their interrogations and interviews with tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, as well as during other tax control and operational search activities.
Mikhail is a graduate of Far Eastern University and completed a Master’s degree at O.E. Kutafin Moscow State Legal University (MSLU).
He is a member of the Russian branch of the International Fiscal Association and a certified tax advisor.
