Partner Alexander Filimonov and His Team Joined NSP

Alexander specializes in supporting direct and venture investments, merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, and protection of intellectual property. In each of his areas of specialty, Alexander is recommended by foreign and Russian ratings (Chambers&Partners, IFLR, Pravo-300, Kommersant, etc.).

For the years of practice, Alexander has supported dozens of transactions and other umbrella projects in various fields, including digital economics and high-tech, industrial production, and immovable property. His total professional experience is more than 20 years, of which 13 as a partner of a well-known Russian law firm. Alexander also has experience of working in leading international law firms.

Alexander is a candidate of Juridical Science. He teaches in many higher education institutions, including MSAL, MGIMO, and RANEPA.

Alexander is joining the firm with a team of two lawyers. The team will strengthen NSP’s M&A practice and will also be responsible for developing the practice of supporting investment transactions and high-tech and TMT projects.
