NSP among top 5 advisors on the Russian M&A market in 2014
This conclusion was made by analysts of the Mergers.ru portal on the basis of leading M&A deals in Russia.
Matters handled by NSP in 2014 included transactions by TGK-7, TKG-6, LitRes, Coltech-Kama, Center for Genetics and Regenerative Medicine of the Institute of Human Stem Cells, Family Doctor Clinic, Ashinskoye Mine Group, Gelar NPO, OFK-Cardio and Cortes Information and Analytical Center.
NSP was recognized in all three categories in which it was nominated: the overall 2014 ranking, and the rankings for the number of transactions and total transaction value in 2014.
