Alexander Nektorov conducted a master-class for the participants of the SEED ANGELS course
On the 12th-14th of April the latest SEED ANGELS – course on venture capital investments for business-angels, corporate venture funds and accelerators - took place in SKOLKOVO business school.
Alexander Nektorov, a partner of NSP, a graduate of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and a regular speaker of the event, conducted the master-class on structuring of venture capital transactions.
During the seminar students under the guidance of Alexander sorted out the following matters:
- legal aspects of the process;
- mechanism of investor protection;
- financial tools at all stages of a startup's life cycle;
- options as the means of motivation;
- common errors.
Moreover, Alexander shared with everyone up-to-date drafts of documents and useful materials.
