Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners was assigned to be the bondholder representative for the issuance of exchange-traded bonds of PAO AKB Avangard

 

The emitent has issued 3 000 000 non-convertible interest-bearing certificated exchange-traded bonds in bearer form subject to mandatory deposit, series БО-0001Р-02 (identification number 4B020202879B001P dated 26.03.2019).

The par value of each bond is 1000 roubles. The value of funding raised is estimated to be 3 bln roubles for a period of 10 years.

The floatation of bonds was conducted in frames of exchange-traded bond Program of the series 001P (identification number 402879B001P02E от 22.01.2016).
