NSP offers a comprehensive assessment of bankruptcy risks and provides qualified assistance to mandators from the date of initiation of the bankruptcy case to the completion of receivership or any other bankruptcy proceedings.

A wide network of accredited companies engaged in bankruptcy proceedings, and interaction with law enforcement agencies allow NSP to be effective in conducting insolvency proceedings of any complexity and procure debt collection in the interests of the mandator.

In a number of proceedings NSP specialists nominated liquidators who have access to state secrets and/or the right to carry out the insolvency proceedings for strategic companies (Article 190 of the Federal Law “On Insolvency”).
