Kristina Ikayeva

SPECIALIZATION

Kristina specializes in investment and M&A projects under Russian and English laws and provides full legal support of setting up joint ventures. Kristina also participates in restructuring assets and developing optimal asset ownership schemes as well as advises Russian and foreign companies on day to day business matters and sanctions compliance.

Before joining NSP team Kristina worked in leading Russian law firms.

EDUCATION

Kristina graduated from the Department of Law, National Research University Higher School of Economics (with a specialization in civil law) and the University of Luxembourg (LL.M in European private law).

During her study at National Research University Higher School of Economics she was a member of the programme of double degree in French economic law.

Kristina speaks English and French.

HOBBIES

Kristina practices dancing and likes travelling.
